Research and Education Manager
(517) 437-3381 ext. 65221
Having spent much of her youth living in various countries, Pam enjoys traveling and even learned to fly single engine aircraft long before mastering travel on the roadways. When unable to hit the road or the skyways, Pam turns to reading to quench her wanderlust which leads to years spent earning a degree in Education as a teacher, with a MA in Educational Leadership, with post-graduate hours in research analysis and training in Futuring. This educational background led to employment ranging from teaching and Director of Adult Education Learning Lab at Bedford Public Schools to Serving as the Pacific Regional Director for Central Texas College in Pearl Harbor, Hawaii. After leaving Hawaii, Pam moved on to serving as the Dean of Evening and Continuing Education for the New Hampshire Community Technical College which connected with her current focus in workforce development. She has been serving in workforce development and has been the Research and Education Manager since 2002. She is thrilled to see individuals realize that they are able to achieve what they desire if they apply themselves and dare to dream. Nothing inspires her more than to talk with others and hear how they interrupt life events and see them discover that they are only limited by themselves. She has always been a firm believer in the “dare to dream” philosophy and while she relishes in seeing others achieve their goals and helping them along their path, she prefers to assist quietly from the background to allow individuals to flourish.
