The Southeast Michigan Consortium is seeking an individual or organization to provide a classification and compensation study for Michigan Works! Southeast.
The winning bidder will develop a pay grade structure based on a comprehensive job evaluation process and thorough evaluation of the established labor market. The instructions for the RFQ for Compensation System Development may be accessed at the Michigan Works! Southeast website www.mwse.org or the Michigan Inter-governmental Trade Network (MITN). Proposals are due by 4:00 p.m. April 10, 2017. Small and minority businesses, women’s business enterprises and labor surplus area firms are encouraged to submit a proposal.
