Michigan Works! Southeast will offer virtual services during the "Stay Home, Stay Safe" Executive Order (EO 2020-21). We will connect with you through an increased use of technology and phone appointments, however, we are a resource for you. Please schedule a virtual appointment

1. For Unemployment Insurance benefit questions, individuals should call 1-866-500-0017 or apply online at www.michigan.gov/uia. There are new chat features available through their online unemployment insurance (MIWAM) account.

2. For SNAP benefit questions, they should contact the MDHHS offices closest to their home or apply online at www.michigan.gov/mdhhs
