OPEN POSITIONS:
Career to Care Program – One week paid training in direct resident care
o Designed for those with little to no caregiving experience
o Participants offered paid training at $15.30 per hour to prepare for direct hands-on care for residents
o Full or part-time caregiver position as a Resident Care Assistant in Assisted Living upon successful completion of training
o Benefits after completion of training: $18.03 per hour/ $500 bonus/ PTO/tuition reimbursement program/ retirement plan
