Request for Proposal for One-Stop Operator

The Southeast Michigan Consortium (SEMC) oversees the workforce development activities of Michigan Works! Southeast. Michigan Works! Southeast provides workforce development services in five counties: Hillsdale, Jackson, Lenawee, Livingston, and Washtenaw.  The purpose of this RFP is to solicit proposals from prospective One-Stop Operators and procure a One-Stop Operator to coordinate the partners and services of the five One-Stop Service Centers that are a part of Michigan Works! Southeast.  The instructions for the RFP for One Stop Operator for Michigan Works! Southeast may be accessed at the Michigan Works! Southeast website or the Michigan Inter-governmental Trade Network (MITN).  Proposals are due by April 21, 2017 by 4 P.M.  Small and minority businesses, women’s business enterprises and labor surplus area firms are encouraged to submit a proposal.
