Southeast to award a contract, to pay any costs incurred in the preparation of an application to this request, or to procure or contract for services or supplies. Southeast Michigan Consortium and Michigan Works! Southeast reserve the right to accept or reject any or all applications received as a result of this request, to negotiate with all qualified sources, or to cancel in part of in its’ entirely the RFP/RFQ if it is in the best interest of Southeast Michigan Consortium and the Michigan Works! Southeast to do so. The Southeast Michigan Consortium and Michigan Works! Southeast contacting officer may require agencies selected to participate and to submit any price, technical or other revisions of their proposals that may result from negotiations.
Request for Proposals (RFP) for Specialized Business Services
The purpose of the Request for Proposal (RFP) is to solicit proposals to establish a contract, through competitive negotiations, with a qualified organization. The Business Services team will collaborate to engage employers in partnership with Michigan Works! Southeast to address Talent and Workforce Development requirements. By fostering trust and connectivity, employers will seek support from Michigan Works! for training and recruitment of both new and existing employees.

Request for Proposals (RFP) for Audit Services
The purpose of the Request for Proposal (RFP) is to solicit proposals to establish a contract, through competitive negotiations, with a qualified Public Accounting firms to audit its finances for the fiscal years ending June 30, 2025 and June 30, 2027.
Michigan Works! Southeast will be extending the due date of the audit to 4:00pm on May 2, 2025. We will also allow questions to be asked until April 25th. Please submit an electronic version via e-mail to RFP@mwse.org.

Request for Proposals (RFP) for Specialized Youth Services
The purpose of the Request for Proposal (RFP) is to solicit proposals to establish a contract, through competitive negotiations, with a qualified organization that has youth program models and services with comprehensive case management and guidance to meet the individual needs of youth participants. Proposals should be based on positive youth development with best practices that support, motivate, and prepare youth through age-appropriate activities, training, and supports leading to educational achievements, successful transition to adulthood and long-term success in employment. The successful bidder will demonstrate the ability to design, coordinate and deliver year-round activities and services for WIOA eligible youth that promote: Earning a high school diploma or GED, Preparation for postsecondary education and training, Career exploration and preparation, Work-based Learning, Employment in demand-driven occupations and earning postsecondary credentials. Services to be delivered under this RFP will be funded mainly under WIOA. Other funding sources may be utilized to support shared services in accordance with applicable laws. Such funding sources may include Federal, State and/or local sources including but not limited to General Fund/General Purpose (GF/GP), Jobs for Michigan’s Graduates, and Temporary Assistance for Needy Families (TANF).
