Carnico worked with their Business Services Coordinator at Michigan Works! Southeast to receive an On-the-Job Training (OJT) Grant, crafting a robust training plan to deliver an exceptional learning experience for their new hires. With this support, Carnico Foods bridged the talent gap and set the stage for success.
Through comprehensive training in areas like safety, SAP, production, and facilities, the participants thrived and integrated seamlessly into the company. Carnico Foods continues to grow and looks forward to working with Michigan Works! Southeast to strengthen their talent pipeline!
