Opportunity Works
Opportunity Works connects teens and young adults with paid work experience at real job sites, paired with weekly classroom training to build lifelong employment skills.
How It Works
Participants are placed at a local worksite in a field that interests them and earn a paycheck while gaining hands-on experience. One day each week is dedicated to classroom training focused on building workplace and career skills that last well beyond summer.
Who Can Apply
You may be eligible if you are a junior or senior in high school, or age 24 or younger, regardless of graduation status, and live in Hillsdale County.

June 8 through August 7, 2026
