Looking to upgrade her skills, Cirera committed to partnering with us during her training program. We helped her through training, shared best practices for study habits and job leads. Ciera has been working since last fall as a CNA.

Knowing she would be able to reach her goals, we were able to connect Stephanie to a better future in partnership with the Salvation Army. Helping her with transportation, work skills & a training, Stephanie is now happily employed at Hillsdale County Senior Center!

With a serious accident causing physical and cognitive complications, Andre still demonstrated a desire of obtaining his CDL to work as a Truck Driver. Through his determination and our support, he is now working 50+ hours/week, he has increased his income by 50% in one year!
